The Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Center), a joint initiative of Qatar Development Bank (QDB) and Silatech, in collaboration with United Development Company (UDC) and Snoonu, recently launched the “Ramadan Market” initiative at Qanat Quartier located at The Pearl-Qatar.
The initiative aims to support local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) founded by a group of ambitious and creative Qatari entrepreneurs by providing them with the perfect opportunity and platform to showcase their best Ramadan products.
The Ramadan Market initiative welcomes guests daily from 7:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. until April 24. It offers a unique platform for entrepreneurs to showcase and promote their products and showcase their businesses.
The market promises to be a unique shopping opportunity for families and individuals looking for various Ramadan products, such as abayas, galabiyas, Ramadan gift sets, stationery, accessories, perfumes and incense, plus a variety of other Ramadan-related designs.
Thanks to the collaboration between Bedaya Center and Snoonu, participating entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to exhibit and sell their products through the Snoonu application, which will allow them to have the widest dissemination of their projects and products.
Hamad al-Qahtani, Managing Director of Bedaya Centre, said: “We continuously seek to support entrepreneurs and SME owners by building and developing their capacities, in addition to strengthening their market presence and participating in all events that highlight their products and efforts in the local market.
He added: “There are several reasons that push us to organize a similar initiative, such as the center’s relentless pursuit to support this event, by supporting the participants by providing the services of a leading digital platform that allows them to promote their products and ensure wide distribution in the market.
“The choice of the location of the Ramadan market is very strategic as it testifies to the gathering of all members of society and communities in one place, which makes it the main destination of attraction during the holy month of Ramadan.”
Hamad Mubarak al-Hajri, co-founder and CEO of Snoonu, said, “We are delighted to collaborate again with Bedaya Center as part of the Ramadan Markets initiative by providing a special section for participating projects on our digital platform. , which will allow them to reach a wider segment of customers.
“Through such collaborations with Bedaya, Snoonu always seeks to support all small and medium enterprises by providing them with marketing and strategic solutions that enable them to strengthen their presence in the Qatari market.”
