Pearl is advancing plans to redevelop its Stable building into a new concert hall and more details have emerged, including an estimated price tag of nearly $11 million and a clearer idea of who will operate the new concert hall once completed. .
Pearl will remain the owner of the building. A company called Stable Hall LLC – a partnership involving a new entity related to Dallas-based Pearl, Potluck Hospitality and WoodHouse – will operate the site. Potluck Hospitality CEO Elizabeth Fauerso, Pearl’s former director of strategy and marketing, said Stable Hall’s plan was to feature a mix of local, regional and national performers.
The nearly 130-year-old structure will accommodate around 1,000 spectators. The layout will include seating at balcony level.
“We’re really far into our design process,” she said, noting that Joeris will serve as the general contractor. “He is a partner in whom we have great confidence.”

Fauerso has confirmed that construction is expected to begin in July to convert what was recently a private event venue into a concert hall. She said the work should be completed by late summer or early fall 2023.
The venue will include a 250-seat outdoor biergarten serving Texas and European beers and German street food.
“This venue will capture the authenticity of historic dance halls…featuring the best in live music,” Fauerso said.
