Based on the information provided by homeowners, Green Door recommends projects to improve the performance of their home and even suggests which upgrades to focus on. Homeowners can also track their home’s scheduled maintenance, upload key records to My Documents and obtain Pearl Certification from a Pearl Network contractor and download the corresponding Assessment Addendum.
