The bottling department at Pearl’s Park Bar will celebrate five years of operation in 2022.

Downtown’s fine-dining facility, the Bottling Department Food Hall at the Pearl, has resumed food service after months of repeated closures, reports the MySA news site.

The bottling department hosts Tenko Ramen, Chilaquil, Mi Roti, Fletcher’s Hamburgers and the Park Bar under one roof. It also serves as an incubator program for local food-focused businesses.

Since the start of the pandemic, the food hall has oscillated between periodic closures and operating with capacity protocols. As of Tuesday, January 25, it had replaced approximately of its 10 indoor tables. A representative for the operation told MySA that the full seats had returned, but it’s unclear when that happened.

In instances where the dining hall was closed, customers dined al fresco after ordering from in-hall restaurants using QR codes or the retail and dining complex’s delivery website, Pearl On The Go.

The traffic jam service is open Sunday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
