Pearl Louise Robison, 81, of Port Matilda, went with the Lord on Friday, December 24, 2021 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center, State College.
She was born on April 20, 1940, the daughter of Miles and Helen (Harshberger) Hoover. She was married on November 11, 1958, to Donald M. Robison, who died in December. 3. 2021. They had been married for 63 years with three children. She is survived by her sons Michael (Tabitha) Robison of Tyrone, Timothy (Rebecca) Robison of Sinking Valley and son-in-law Scott Baldwin; grandchildren Mariah (DaKota) Light, Brett Robison, Rachel (Dominic) Rice, Mark Robison, Kristen Robison, Amanda and Cynthia Baldwin. She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Baldwin.
She graduated from Tyrone High School in 1957, a stay-at-home mother and grandmother who enjoyed caring for her children and grandchildren. She was an avid farmer, gardener and canner. She loved taking care of her different animals.
Above all, she loved the Lord, whom she served as the faithful wife of the pastor of Allegheny Methodist Church in Altoona.
Family and friends will be received at Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone on Thursday, December 30, 2021 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. service. The service will also include a memorial service for her husband, Donald M. Robison, with Pastor Daniel Kaufman officiating. Interment will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
